1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details.
2. Shipping Time
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and courier availability.
- For metro cities, delivery may be faster (2–4 business days).
- Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather, or holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above a certain order value (if applicable).
- A nominal delivery fee may apply for smaller orders or Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.
- All applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on select orders and locations.
- Please ensure accurate delivery details and keep the exact payment ready at the time of delivery.
- Orders placed via COD may take slightly longer to process.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use this link to check the real-time status and estimated delivery date of your package.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
- If you are unavailable during delivery, please contact the courier service directly to reschedule.
- If the delivery is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at

8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We deliver only within India.
