1. Same-Day Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only on the same day of delivery.
  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and the item is received in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be made via bank transfer after you share your account details.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products reported after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Used, opened, or damaged items (not due to our fault).
  • Items purchased during special sales or offers.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if the product received is damaged or incorrect and the request is made within the same day of delivery.
